
Dhule, 23 Apr (HS): A total of 800 devotees from
Dhule district have been selected for the tour to Ayodhya under the ‘Mukhyamantri
Teerthadarshan’ scheme. Dhule’s Guardian Minister Jaykumar Rawal will flag off
the train of devotees at 11 am on April 26.
Under the scheme, arrangements for devotees from all
religions above 60 years of age will be taken to Ayodhya’s Shriram Mandir. The
tour will be from April 26 to 30. The scheme is being implemented through the
Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance. The lodging and boarding
for the devotees will be arranged by the government free of cost. Those
selected for the tour are requested to reach the Dhule Railway Station at 8 am
on April 26, and carry original Aadhar Card, two recent colour passport size
photograph, health certificate from an appropriate heath officer drawn within
15 days of the date of travelling, Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare
Sundarsingh Wasave has stated in a notification.
