
New Delhi, April 23 (HS): Agrinnovate India Limited (AgIn), under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture, has announced a dividend of Rs.1,42,23,513 for the financial year 2023–24, marking its first-ever dividend payout since its establishment. This decision aligns with the guidelines set by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM).
The dividend cheque was presented to Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in New Delhi, with notable attendees including Dr. Devesh Chaturvedi and Dr. M.L. Jat. This milestone highlights AgIn’s financial strength and strategic vision led by CEO Dr. Praveen Malik.
Established in 2011, AgIn connects agricultural research with practical application to enhance India’s agricultural innovation and support farmers and entrepreneurs.
