Guwahati, 1 May (HS): All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary and Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) in-charge Jitendra Singh was given a grand welcome by the Congress at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati.
