Patna, May 4 (HS): All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi has demanded the central government take decisive action against terrorism. During his two-day election tour to Bihar’s Darbhanga on Sunday, Owaisi stated that during an all-party meeting regarding the Pahalgam attack, all parties urged the government in unison to take immediate steps in this matter, provide justice to the victim families, and root out terrorism once and for all. All parties are with the government on every tough decision it makes.
Owaisi said, Terrorists from Pakistan infiltrate our country and kill our people. Whether it is the 26/11 Mumbai attack, the attack on the Pathankot airbase, the Pulwama attack, or the recent incident on July 7 where seven police personnel were killed near Vaishno Devi, all these events reveal the ugly face of terrorism.
Mentioning the surgical strike and the Balakot airstrike, Owaisi stated that such actions fall within the government’s jurisdiction, but it is now time to take even stricter measures against terrorism. He emphasized that these acts by Pakistan cannot be tolerated.
