Udhampur, 26 April (H.S.): Driver of a truck among two persons died when their vehicle skidded off the road near Balli Nallah adjoining National Highway Udhampur.

According to the reports, the truck bearing registration number PB043BK-2041 turned turtle after skidding off the road. Locals and police took the accident victims to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared them as brought dead.

One of the deceased was identified as Tarjeet Singh, son of Raghubir Singh, resident of Jarnail Pathankot, Punjab while identity of the other person could not be ascertained.

Udhampur Police have registered the case and started investigation.
