New Delhi, May 18 (HS): EAM Dr. S. Jaishankar will visit the Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany from May 19 to 24. This marks his first foreign trip after the Pahalgam terrorist attack, which claimed 26 civilian lives. The visit is seen as a vital step to bolster India’s diplomatic relations, following Prime Minister Modi’s postponed trip due to rising tensions with Pakistan. As per the Ministry of External Affairs, Dr. Jaishankar aims to meet with leaders from all three nations to discuss bilateral relations, regional, and global issues. Key topics will include trade, investment, and environmental concerns. The visit will also allow India to update its European partners on its strong stance against terrorism.
