Farmers adopting cutting edge agriculture practises via IFFCO Kisan Chaupal

Imparting suggestions at Moti Lal Nehru Farmers Training Center

Prayagraj, 17 May (HS): Recently, the encouraging results of

Kisan Chaupal organized by IFFCO Phulpur unit have started coming out. In the

influence of this chaupal, a total of 50 farmers of two villages – Parasinpur

and Sudi ka pura in Phulpur region have taken concrete steps towards adopting

the latest fertilizer techniques. These farmers have committed to cultivate

paddy with new technology fertilizers like Nano Urea Plus and Nano DAP. To

strengthen this initiative, one -day practical training was provided to farmers

who reached Moti Lal Nehru Farmers Training Center, Cordet of IFFCO, in which

detailed information was given on scientific use, crop management and

beneficial agricultural techniques of fertilizers. In the cultivation of rice,

farmers were the first to reflect seeds from Nano DAP (5ml/KG) and refine the seeds

before the seeds of Nano DAP (5ml/kg) litre with water ways to do. This effort

by IFFCO Phulpur is a commendable step towards empowering farmers self -reliant

and technically, which will not only increase productivity but will also

maintain environmental balance.

Unit Head Sanjay Kudesia said that IFFCO Phulpur will continue

to inspire farmers towards advanced farming through such programs in future

also. Cordet Principal-Dr. Harishchandra, Joint General Manager (Nano) Arun

Kumar, IFFCO Officers Association General Secretary Swayam Prakash, Senior

Manager (Training) Mr. Anurag Tiwari, Shrajesh Singh, Mr. Mukesh Tiwari were

present on the occasion.
