
Delhi, 3 May (H.S.): The Government of India is inviting nominations for the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar (PMRBP) 2025, a national award presented annually by the President to honor the remarkable achievements of children in the country. The deadline for nominations is 31st July 2025 and submissions must be done online via the official Rashtriya Puraskar Portal (https://awards.gov.in). Nominations are accepted for children aged 5 to 18 years as of the specified date and can be made by individuals or institutions; self-nominations are also permitted.
To apply, candidates must register on the portal, providing necessary details like name, date of birth, contact information, and Aadhaar number. After logging in, they select the “Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2025” option to start their nomination. The application includes nominee information, a narrative (up to 500 words) outlining achievements, supporting documents in PDF (up to 10), and a recent photo (jpg/jpeg/png format). Applications can be edited before submission, with a downloadable reference copy available post-review.
The PMRBP celebrates youth excellence in six categories: Bravery, Social Service, Environment, Sports, Art & Culture, and Science & Technology, aiming to inspire and foster holistic development in children.
