
New Delhi, May 5 (HS): Today marks a reversal in the declining trend of gold prices in the domestic bullion market, with an increase of ₹200 to ₹220 per 10 grams. Consequently, 24-carat gold is trading between ₹95,730 and ₹95,880 per 10 grams across various markets. In contrast, silver prices have decreased by ₹1,000, bringing the price to ₹97,000 per kilogram in Delhi.
In the Delhi market, 24-carat gold is priced at ₹95,880 and 22-carat gold at ₹87,900. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold is selling for ₹95,730, while 22-carat gold costs ₹87,750. Ahmedabad follows closely with 24-carat gold retailing at ₹95,780 and 22-carat at ₹87,800.
Chennai and Kolkata report similar prices, with 24-carat gold at ₹95,730 and 22-carat gold at ₹87,750. In Lucknow, the prices are slightly higher at ₹95,880 for 24-carat gold and ₹87,900 for 22-carat. Patna sees 24-carat gold at ₹95,780 and 22-carat at ₹87,800.
Jaipur’s prices align with Lucknow’s, while in Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha, both 24-carat and 22-carat gold are trading at ₹95,730 and ₹87,750, respectively. Thus, the upward trend in gold prices is evident across multiple major cities in India.
