India's diplomatic dialogue initiates with visits to Japan, UAE

India's Diplomatic Dialogue Begins, Two Delegations Visit Japan and the United Arab Emirates

New Delhi, May 22 (HS): India has embarked on a diplomatic initiative to showcase its global anti-terrorism efforts, particularly emphasizing Operation Sindoor. Two delegations are actively engaged in this dialogue, visiting Japan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This initiative marks a key advancement in India’s foreign policy aimed at enhancing international cooperation.

A multi-party parliamentary delegation led by Janata Dal (United) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha recently met Japan’s Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya in Tokyo, where India’s stance on Operation Sindoor and counter-terrorism strategies was discussed. Prior to this meeting, India’s Ambassador to Japan, Sibi George, provided valuable insights regarding Japan’s diplomatic perspectives. The delegation includes notable leaders from various political parties, scheduled to visit Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia between May 22 and May 31.

A second delegation, led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, has arrived in Abu Dhabi, where they were welcomed by members of the UAE’s Federal National Council. This team will also visit Liberia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Sierra Leone, further solidifying India’s strategic global collaborations.
