Sana (Yemen)/Beirut (Lebanon), May 6 (H.S.): Israel has reacted assertively to Houthi missile attacks on its airport, conducting air strikes on the Yemen city of Hodeidah and targeting Hezbollah military facilities in Lebanon’s Bekaa region.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced these operations via their official X account, confirming that Israeli jets struck Houthi positions along the Yemeni coast. The targeted Hodeidah port is critical for the Houthis as it serves their military operations and receives Iranian arms.

Additionally, an attack on the Bazeel concrete plant, east of Al-Hudaydah, aimed to disrupt the Houthis’ tunnel network. The IDF’s precise strikes also damaged Hezbollah’s weapons infrastructure in the Shireen area.
