Delhi, 1 May (H.S.): Pakistani forces continue to breach the ceasefire along the Line of Control in Kashmir, despite India’s warnings. On the night of April 30 and May 1, unprovoked small-arms fire was initiated by Pakistan Army posts in Kupwara, Uri, and Akhnoor.
The Indian Army responded appropriately in defense. India issued a warning during a hotline conversation between military operation chiefs to address these violations, which have persisted since last Friday.
This marks the seventh consecutive day of ceasefire breaches amidst heightened tensions following a Pakistan-sponsored terrorist attack in Pahalgam that resulted in 26 deaths.
