Pakistanis PM vows retaliation after India launches air strikes

After the Indian Air Force's airstrike, Pakistani PM Shahbaz Sharif addressed his fellow countrymen.

Islamabad, May 8 (H.S.): Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif responded sharply during a nation address on Wednesday night following India’s airstrike. He stated that India challenged Pakistan’s sovereignty by carrying out a cowardly attack and that it will have to face serious consequences.

According to Sources, PM Sharif said, Perhaps India thought we would back down, but it forgot that this is a brave nation that knows how to face every challenge head-on.

He alleged that 31 innocent civilians were killed and 57 injured in this attack by India. He emotionally mentioned that a seven-year-old boy, Irtaza Abbas, also died in this attack, and he himself participated in the boy’s funeral prayer.

Sharif warned, India will have to answer for every drop of blood shed from our innocent citizens. Pakistan is a peace-loving nation, but if anyone challenges our dignity, there should be no doubt about our ability to respond decisively.

He also stated that Pakistan’s armed forces are fully alert and ready to respond to any kind of aggression. He urged the citizens to remain united, stating, All of Pakistan stands with its brave soldiers.
