Kyiv, April 24 (H.S.): At least nine people were killed, and many injured in an overnight Russian attack on several districts around Kyiv, Ukraine. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced a large-scale assault using cruise missiles, drones, and ballistic weapons.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of global awareness regarding the situation. Russia reportedly deployed approximately 70 missiles and nearly 150 drones.

Zelenskyy, currently in South Africa, shared the attack’s damage details on X. This incident comes 44 days after Ukraine agreed to a ceasefire proposal from the United States, which Russia has disregarded.
