New Delhi, 18 May (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed deep sorrow over a tragic fire accident in a building in Hyderabad that resulted in the deaths of seventeen individuals, including two children, and left many injured. In response, he announced a solatium of Rs 2 lakh for the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured. Modi conveyed his condolences through a post, stating, Deeply anguished by the loss of lives due to a fire tragedy in Hyderabad. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones.

Union Minister for Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy visited the site, indicating he would seek additional financial assistance for the victims’ families from the Prime Minister.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu also expressed his grief over the accident, extending heartfelt condolences and prayers for the injured.

Similarly, Bharat Rashtra Samithi working president K. T. Rama Rao voiced his shock and sadness about the incident, offering support and wishing for a speedy recovery for the injured.
