107 missing Pakistanis claim deemed baseless says Maha CM

Maharashtra's Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis while briefing the media

Mumbai, 27 April (H.S.): Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis dismissed claims about 107 missing Pakistani citizens as unfounded and urged people not to spread such misinformation. As Home Minister, he assured reporters that all Pakistani citizens have been located and their departure preparations are underway, with measures in place to ensure no one remains in India.

The state administration is coordinating their return, expected by evening or the following morning.

This follows strict government measures against Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror incident, including the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty and visa revocations under the SAARC Visa Exemption Scheme.
