Basti, 13 April (HS): Police stated on Sunday that a
lady and her two children died of asphyxiation in an early morning fire in
their home sparked by a short circuit in the district’s Harraiya town. They
claimed the fire started at 3.30 a.m. in Sunil Kesarwani’s three-story
residence on Sarafa Mandi Lane.
Kesarwani’s wife and two children died of suffocation, and he is currently in

for treatment.
According to the CO, Sunil’s wife Puja (30), daughter Saurabhi (4), and
three-month-old son Baba were brought to the Harraiya community health clinic,
where medics ruled them dead.
