38th National Games Mallakhamb competition concluded, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra dominated

Dehradun, 14 February (HS): Mallakhamb events of the 38th National Games concluded with thrilling matches and excellent performances. India’s top athletes displayed their agility, strength and precision in the competition. Players from Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra performed brilliantly and won many medals in various categories.

Exciting matches in men’s Mallakhamb competitions

In the rope final, Madhya Pradesh’s Pranav Kori and Maharashtra’s Rishabh Ghabde shared the gold medal with the same score of 8.70. At the same time, Tamil Nadu’s M. Hemachandran and Maharashtra’s Shradul Vaishali earned bronze medals with a score of 8.60.

Madhya Pradesh dominated in the pole final. Praneet Yadav won the gold medal with a score of 8.65, while his teammate Kundan L. Kachhawa won the silver medal with a score of 8.50. The bronze medal was shared by P. Reddy of Tamil Nadu, Vasu of Uttarakhand and Darshan Miniyar of Maharashtra with identical scores of 8.20.

In the hanging event, Shradul Vaishali of Maharashtra won the gold medal with a score of 8.60. His teammate Sohil Sheikh won the silver medal with 8.45, while Devendra Patidar of Madhya Pradesh and M. Hemachandran of Tamil Nadu shared the bronze medal with identical scores of 8.40.

Maharashtra shines in the women’s category

In the pole final, Anushka Nayak of Madhya Pradesh won the gold medal with a score of 8.40. Rupali Gangavane of Maharashtra won the silver medal with the same score. The bronze medal went to Janhavi Jadhav of Maharashtra and Raunak Rathore of Rajasthan with identical scores of 8.30.

In the rope final, Janhavi Jadhav of Maharashtra won the gold medal with a brilliant score of 8.65. Her teammate Rupali Gangavane won the silver medal with a score of 8.45, while Siddhi Gupta of Madhya Pradesh earned the bronze medal with the same score.
