
New Delhi, April 24 (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi began his speech at an event held in Madhubani, Bihar, on Thursday by observing a minute of silence to honor the victims of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
Before starting his address, the Prime Minister said, I would like to request you all to sit in your places and observe a moment of silence to pay homage to the family members we lost on April 22.
During the National Panchayat Raj Day event, the Prime Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various development projects costing ₹13,480 crores. He stated that today, projects worth thousands of crores related to Bihar’s development have been inaugurated and launched. These various works related to electricity, railways, and infrastructure will create new job opportunities in Bihar. On this occasion, the Prime Minister also paid tribute to national poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar on his death anniversary.
