24 April (H.S.): Dayashankar Mishra ‘Dayalu’, Minister of State (Independent

Charge) for AYUSH, Food Safety and Drug Administration, Government of Uttar

Pradesh, visited the residence of former Vice-Chancellor of Banaras Hindu

University, Prof. G.C. Tripathi, in Prayagraj today. He expressed deep sorrow

over the demise of Prof. Tripathi’s revered father, Shri Lalji Tripathi, and

offered floral tributes in his memory.

While

paying his respects, Shri Dayalu said that Shri Lalji Tripathi was a man of

values, deep faith, and strong cultural roots. He described him as an inspiring

figure whose legacy will continue to guide society for generations. He prayed

to the Almighty to grant strength and courage to the bereaved family during

this difficult time.

On

this solemn occasion, BJP Prayag Mahanagar President Sanjay Gupta, BJP

Yamunapar District President Shri Rajesh Shukla, along with several

distinguished individuals, academicians, and local devotees were present and

paid their heartfelt tributes to the departed soul.
