28 April (HS): Former BJP MP Rita Bahuguna Joshi on Monday strongly condemned

the terrorist incident in Pahalgam. She said that after this incident, the

whole world except China and Iran is with India. The Indian government will

give a befitting reply to this.

Former

MP had come to participate in the ‘One Country One Election’ program at Mohammad

Hasan Inter College. She said that the most important thing in democracy is a

stable government. ‘One country one election’ is necessary for the progress of

the nation, because the public’s money should be spent on public works only. Therefore,

the suggestion of ‘one country one election’ is most appropriate. The

opposition is spreading false propaganda because the opposition has to make

choices on the basis of region, language, caste and sometimes on the basis of

their personal image. If the one country one election system is implemented,

only those parties will be more active who will think about national thinking.

This system will end muscle power, money power and there will be fair

elections.

The

former MP, while giving her reaction on the recent terrorist incident in

Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, said that this is a sad incident. This is an

attack on humanity. This is not just about Kashmiriyat or the fight for Kashmir;

this is something that shakes the hearts of humans. The government will take

very strict steps. Strict action will be taken not only against these

terrorists but also against their masters.
