Delhi, 8 May (H.S.): The Centre for Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS), in partnership with Aerospace Services India (ASI) and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), successfully conducted the MRSAM India Eco-System Summit 2.0 on May 07,at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi. This event united key figures from India’s defence sector, spotlighting collaborative efforts and future potential to strengthen the nation’s air and missile defence capabilities under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Make-in-India initiatives.

Notable attendees included representatives from the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, DRDO, and prominent Indian defence manufacturers, all committed to positioning India as a global defence hub. Senior MoD officials and industry leaders highlighted the synergy between the Indian and Israeli defence sectors.

Key summit activities featured discussions on operational readiness, AI-driven service management showcases by ASI, and interactions focused on enhancing indigenous defence manufacturing capabilities.

The summit also showcased ASI-IAI’s subsidiary’s crucial role in localising the MRSAM system’s technical support and production, underscoring the need for a robust air defence infrastructure through collaboration and innovation.
