Jammu, 9 May (H.S.): A complete blackout has been enforced in Jammu after sirens were heard and explosions were reported near the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch and Rajouri districts early on Friday morning, amid rising tensions in the region.

Earlier, explosions were also heard near the LoC in the Poonch and Rajouri districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
