Sonitpur, 13 May (HS): A man killed in a wild elephant attack in Paglabil village of Rangapara area of Sonitpur district of Assam.

Police said on Tuesday that the deceased has been identified as Krishna Khedia. It is being told that the deceased was plowing in the field, when suddenly a wild elephant attacked him. He killed on the spot due to the attack.

There is an atmosphere of fear in the area after the incident. The forest department has been informed and further action is underway.————–
