Chandigarh, May 13 (HS): A woman who was injured in a drone attack in Firozpur, Punjab, during military conflict between India and Pakistan died late Monday night at a hospital in Ludhiana. The district administration and hospital management have informed the woman’s family. The Firozpur district administration has also been notified.

On May 9, Sukhwinder Kaur was injured when a drone crashed in village Khai. Due to her serious condition, she was admitted to Dayanand Medical College in Ludhiana. She passed away during treatment late Monday night. Currently, residents of Firozpur, Lakhwinder Singh and Sonu, are also being treated at Dayanand Medical College. According to hospital management, their condition is stable.
