Gold prices decline; silver experience price increase

New Delhi, June 8(HS): The domestic bullion market is witnessing a decline today, with 24-carat gold trading between ₹97,970 and ₹98,120 per 10 grams across the country, while 22-carat gold ranges from ₹89,800 to ₹89,950 per 10 grams. Conversely, silver prices have risen to ₹1,07,100 per kilogram in Delhi. Over the past week, 24-carat gold prices have increased by ₹660 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold by ₹600 per 10 grams. Silver, however, saw a substantial rise of ₹8,000 per kilogram during the same period.

In major cities like Delhi, 24-carat gold is priced at ₹98,120 per 10 grams; 22-carat gold at ₹89,950 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold is ₹97,970 per 10 grams, with 22-carat at ₹89,800. Ahmedabad shows 24-carat at ₹98,020 and 22-carat at ₹89,850. Chennai and Kolkata both report 24-carat gold at ₹97,970 and 22-carat at ₹89,800. Lucknow has 24-carat gold at ₹98,120 and 22-carat gold at ₹89,950. Patna records 24-carat gold at ₹98,020 and 22-carat at ₹89,850. Jaipur shows 24-carat gold at ₹98,120 and 22-carat at ₹89,950, while in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, both categories of gold are at ₹97,970 and ₹89,800, respectively.
