Joining in 2012, the 39-year-old Croatian amassed 28 major titles, including six UEFA Champions League, four La Liga, and two Copa del Rey.

Modric is the player with the most trophies in Madrid’s history and is noted as the oldest player and goal scorer for the club. He entered the match in the 63rd minute, signaling the end of an era.
