Bullion Rally: 24-Carat Gold Nears ₹1.12 Lakh, Silver Hits ₹1.33 Lakh/kg

New Delhi, September 19 (HS): The domestic bullion market witnessed a sustained uptrend on Friday with both gold and silver prices recording significant gains. In major markets across the country, 24-carat gold was trading in the range of ₹1,11,330–₹1,11,480 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold ranged from ₹1,02,070–₹1,02,220 per 10 grams.

Silver also saw a sharp upswing, rising by as much as ₹1,000 per kilogram, bringing its price to ₹1,33,000 per kg in Delhi’s bullion market.

Delhi: 24-carat gold at ₹1,11,480 per 10 gm; 22-carat at ₹1,02,220

Mumbai: 24-carat at ₹1,11,330; 22-carat at ₹1,02,070

Ahmedabad: 24-carat at ₹1,11,380; 22-carat at ₹1,02,120

Chennai: 24-carat at ₹1,11,330; 22-carat at ₹1,02,070

Kolkata: 24-carat at ₹1,11,330; 22-carat at ₹1,02,070

Lucknow: 24-carat at ₹1,11,480; 22-carat at ₹1,02,220

Patna: 24-carat at ₹1,11,380; 22-carat at ₹1,02,120

Jaipur: 24-carat at ₹1,11,480; 22-carat at ₹1,02,220

Southern and Eastern Markets

In southern and eastern states — Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar — gold was also trading higher, with 24-carat gold priced at ₹1,11,330 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,02,070 per 10 grams.

The surge in precious metals is attributed to global price movements and increased domestic buying ahead of the festive season.
