Guwahati, 23 February (HS): Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) is continuously carrying out operations to protect trains and stations. NFR CPRO Kapinjal Kishore Sharma on Sunday said that RPF has once again proved its commitment towards the safety of vulnerable persons by successfully rescuing 40 minors and two women from various railway stations of NFR from February 01 to 14. The rescued persons were handed over to Child Line, NGOs, parents and Government Railway Police/Local Police for proper care and custody.
