NEW DELHI, 27 February (H.S.) : Just after the proceedings
of Delhi Assembly started today, first of all two minutes silence was observed
on the death of former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh. Manmohan Singh died in December
last year. He served India as Prime Minister for 10 years.
