Chennai, 12 April (H.S.): AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS) has launched a scathing attack on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, stating that the AIADMK-BJP alliance has hit him like a thunderbolt. EPS criticized Stalin’s recent statements and questioned the DMK government’s performance.
Palaniswami asserted that Stalin’s reactions indicate the impact the AIADMK-BJP alliance has had on him. He accused the DMK government of failing to deliver on its promises and highlighted what he described as a decline in law and order in the state.
EPS further challenged the DMK’s governance, raising questions about the state’s economic management and the implementation of various welfare schemes. He accused the ruling party of indulging in corruption and nepotism.
The AIADMK leader’s remarks come amidst heightened political activity in Tamil Nadu, with the upcoming assembly elections in 2026 drawing closer. The AIADMK-BJP alliance is positioning itself as a strong opposition to the DMK, and EPS’s statements reflect the intensifying political rivalry between the two parties.
