terrorist incident, Samajwadi Party (SP) head Akhilesh Yadav openly criticized
the federal government’s response, calling for more strict anti-terrorism
measures. During a news conference at the party’s state headquarters on
Thursday, Yadav expressed his worries about the government’s tactics. Yadav, commenting on the choices reached at
the last Cabinet Committee on Security meeting headed by Prime Minister
Narendra Modi, advocated that harder decisions be made and executed with
discipline.
He
used the termination of the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan as an example,
challenging its practicality for execution.
Yadav condemned the Pahalgam incident and asked the government to take
prompt action, stating that terrorists seek to sow fear and undermine national trade. He emphasized the necessity of togetherness
via commerce, free of religion and caste barriers, while simultaneously
