'All T20' Asian Legends League will start from March 10 in Nathdwara

New Delhi, February 14 (HS): Asian Legends League All T20 will start from March 10 in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. This league will run till March 18, in which former cricket legends of Asia will be involved. Five teams will participate in this T20 league supported by former chief selector of India Chetan Sharma – Indian Royals, Sri Lankan Lions, Bangladesh Tigers, Afghanistan Pathans and Rest of Asian Stars.

League Commissioner Chetan Sharma said, All T20 is not just a cricket league, but a platform for reunion of the legendary players of Asia. It will give fans an exciting opportunity to see the best former players of Asia in a country vs country match.

Players’ draft will be held on February 15

Players in the league will be selected through a draft to be held in New Delhi on February 15. In this, only registered players will be selected for their respective teams.

The league will feature some experienced international players as coaches—Herschelle Gibbs (Bangladesh Tigers), Shivnarine Chanderpaul (Afghanistan Pathans) and Marvan Atapattu (Asian Stars) have been appointed as coaches.

All matches will be played in Nathdwara

All matches of the tournament will be played at the Mirage International Cricket Stadium in Nathdwara, Rajasthan.

League schedule

The league stage matches will be held from March 10 to 14, after which the playoffs and the final will be played.

League matches:

March 10: Afghanistan Pathans vs Asian Stars (3 PM), Indian Royals vs Bangladesh Tigers (7 PM)

March 11: Bangladesh Tigers vs Afghanistan Pathans (3 PM), Indian Royals vs Sri Lankan Lions (7 PM)

March 12: Sri Lankan Lions vs Afghanistan Pathans (3 PM), Bangladesh Tigers vs Asian Stars (7 PM)

March 13: Asian Stars vs Sri Lankan Lions (3 PM), Indian Royals vs Afghanistan Pathans (7 PM)

March 14: Sri Lankan Lions vs Bangladesh Tigers (3 PM), Indian Royals vs Asian Stars (7 PM)

Playoff matches:

Eliminator 1 (March 15, 3 PM): Rank 4 vs Rank 5

Qualifier 1 (March 15, 7 PM): Rank 1 vs Rank 2

Eliminator 2 (March 16, 7 PM): Rank 1 vs Rank 2 7 pm): Rank 3 vs Winner Eliminator 1

Qualifier 2 (March 17, 7 pm): Loser of Qualifier 1 vs Winner of Eliminator 2

Final (March 18, 7 pm): Winners of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 will face each other.

This league will be an exciting opportunity for cricket fans, where they will be able to see the legendary cricketers of Asia playing on the field once again.
