
New Delhi, March 16 (H.S.): The activities regarding the bye-elections for the vacant five seats in the Maharashtra Legislative Council have intensified. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)has officially announced three candidates on Sunday.
On Sunday, the BJP’s Central Election Committee released the list of candidates for the bye-elections in Maharashtra’s Legislative Council. The party has fielded Sandeep Diwakarrao Joshi, Sanjay Kishanrao Kenekar, and Dadarao Yadavrao Keche who will contest the by-elections for the Maharashtra Legislative Council.
Voting for the five vacant seats in the Maharashtra Legislative Council will take place on March 27. In the ruling coalition Mahayuti, the BJP has received 3 seats, while Shiv Sena and NCP have received 1 seat each.
