London, July 22 (HS): Manchester United has signed Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo for £65 million on a five-year deal, with an additional £6 million in incentives. Mbeumo becomes United’s third summer signing, following striker Matheus Cunha and defender Diego Leon.

Reports indicate that star winger Marcus Rashford might be loaned to FC Barcelona for a season. The transfer of Mbeumo marks the conclusion of ongoing discussions since United’s first offer about six weeks ago. Expressing his excitement, Mbeumo shared that joining Manchester United is a dream come true for him. Mbeumo is expected to participate in the pre-season tour in the USA starting Thursday and has scored 70 goals and provided 51 assists in 242 matches for Brentford, with 20 goals last season.
