
New Delhi, September 19 (HS): The domestic bullion market witnessed a sustained uptrend on Friday with both gold and silver prices recording significant gains. In major markets across the country, 24-carat gold was trading in the range of ₹1,11,330–₹1,11,480 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold ranged from ₹1,02,070–₹1,02,220 per 10 grams.
Silver also saw a sharp upswing, rising by as much as ₹1,000 per kilogram, bringing its price to ₹1,33,000 per kg in Delhi’s bullion market.

Southern and Eastern Markets
In southern and eastern states — Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar — gold was also trading higher, with 24-carat gold priced at ₹1,11,330 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,02,070 per 10 grams.
The surge in precious metals is attributed to global price movements and increased domestic buying ahead of the festive season.
