Butwal's Sudip Neupane killed in terror attack in India

Kathmandu, April 23 (HS): Among those killed in the Pahalgam terrorist attack is a young man from Nepal. The deceased, Sudip Neupane, was a resident of Butwal. Sudip, who lived 45 km from Lumbini, has been confirmed dead by his family members in Pahalgam. His body will be brought to Kathmandu by this evening.

According to family members, he had gone on a trip to Kashmir four days ago on Saturday with his mother, Rima Pandey, sister, Sushma Kaafle, and brother-in-law, Yuvraj Kaafle. The deceased Sudip’s uncle, Dadhiram Neupane, is the commissioner of Ward 14 in Butwal. He informed over the phone that 27-year-old Sudip was the only son in the family. He had completed his studies in Public Health in Kathmandu and was working at the Modern Society Dental Clinic in Butwal. Uncle Dadhiram mentioned that preparations are being made to bring Sudip’s body from Kashmir to Delhi and then from Delhi to Kathmandu.
