
Toronto, 29 April (H.S.): Canada’s Liberal Party emerged in the lead as voting wraps up in the nation to choose 343 representatives for the House of Commons.
According to reports, Liberals have secured 21 seats thus far, while Conservatives have obtained 9 constituencies.
PM Mark Carney’s Liberal Party is ahead with 72 seats, while the Conservative Party led by Pierre Poilievre holds a lead on 58 seats. Polling has officially concluded in several regions, including Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.
