Mumbai, 02 May (HS): The Central Railway has

introduced QR code to facilitate getting information about the mail and express

trains’ real-time, reservation (PSR) System, route map, grievance/ complaint

system etc.

The QR code can be scanned free of cost to get the information

required. The QR code has been

installed at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Dadar, Lokmanya Tilak

Terminus, and Panvel.

The information is available in Marathi, English, and

Hindi.
