Jammu, 30 March (H.S.): Video album of devotional Dogri bhajan “Miggi Saddi Le Chandi Maa” was released, here today.
The bhajan has been presented by Kavita Dutt Bhakti Sangeet Official, directed by Prof Daljeet Singh Manhas, and features the soulful voice of renowned singer Kavita Dutt.
The event was graced by dignitaries, with Munish Sharma, BJP All Morcha Incharge J&K, former Vice Chairperson of JAKFED, and former State General Secretary of J&K, attending as the chief guest. Additionally, celebrated Ghazal singer Dharmesh Nargotra remained present as guest of honour, adding a special cultural touch to the occasion.
Speaking about the significance of the event, Munish Sharma praised the team behind the bhajan, stating, “Dogri music is an integral part of our cultural identity, and initiatives like this help preserve and promote our rich heritage. He applauded the efforts of Prof Daljeet Singh Manhas and his team for their dedication in bringing devotional music to the forefront and keeping local traditions alive.
The bhajan features lyrics by Sonu Raipuriya, music by RB Music Studio, and is produced by Yash Dutt. The video has been skillfully shot by DOP Yogi Singh, with editing and grading done by Yogi Studioz. Special contributions have been made by JCM Musical Group.
