New Delhi, May 1 (H.S.): A significant drop has been recorded in the domestic bullion market today. Gold has become cheaper by ₹2,000 to ₹2,160 per 10 grams. Similarly, silver has also declined today, falling below the ₹1 lakh per kilogram level. Due to the drop in prices, 24-carat gold is trading in the range of ₹95,730 to ₹95,880 per 10 grams in most gold markets across the country. Likewise, 22-carat gold is being sold between ₹87,750 and ₹87,900 per 10 grams today. Due to the decrease in silver prices, this shiny metal is trading at ₹99,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market today.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold is trading at ₹95,880 per 10 grams, while the price of 22-carat gold has been recorded at ₹87,900 per 10 grams. In the country’s financial capital, Mumbai, 24-carat gold is being sold at ₹95,730 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹87,750 per 10 grams. Similarly, in Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold has been recorded at ₹95,780 per 10 grams, and the price of 22-carat gold at ₹87,800 per 10 grams. In addition to these major cities, in Chennai, 24-carat gold is being sold at ₹95,730 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at ₹87,750 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold is also trading at ₹95,730 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹87,750 per 10 grams.
In the Lucknow bullion market, 24-carat gold is being sold at ₹95,880 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹87,900 per 10 grams today. In Patna, the price of 24-carat gold is at ₹95,780 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is selling at ₹87,800 per 10 grams. In Jaipur, 24-carat gold is available for ₹95,880 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold for ₹87,900 per 10 grams.
Like other states in the country, a drop in gold prices has also been recorded in the bullion markets of Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha today. In the capitals of these three states—Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar—24-carat gold is trading at ₹95,730 per 10 grams today. Similarly, in the bullion markets of these three cities, 22-carat gold is being sold at ₹87,750 per 10 grams.
