Gold prices drop for fifth consecutive day

New Delhi, June 27(HS): The domestic bullion market is experiencing a continuous decline as gold prices have dropped for the fifth consecutive day. Today, gold decreased by Rs 850, bringing the price down to Rs 930 per 10 grams. Silver prices have also fallen, with a drop of up to Rs 1,000 per kilogram. Currently, 24-carat gold is trading between Rs 98,020 and Rs 98,170 per 10 grams nationwide, while 22-carat gold is priced between Rs 89,850 and Rs 90,000 per 10 grams. In the Delhi market, 24-carat gold is at Rs 98,170 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 90,000 per 10 grams. Mumbai’s prices are Rs 98,020 for 24-carat gold and Rs 89,850 for 22-carat gold.

In Ahmedabad, the prices are Rs 98,070 and Rs 89,900 respectively, while Chennai and Kolkata report Rs 98,020 and Rs 89,850 for both categories. Lucknow sees 24-carat gold at Rs 98,170 and 22-carat at Rs 90,000, while Patna shows Rs 98,070 and Rs 89,900 respectively. Jaipur and several states including Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha are experiencing similar declines, with 24-carat gold priced at Rs 98,020 and 22-carat gold at Rs 89,850 per 10 grams in their capitals.
