
Srinagar ~ Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, has launched an upgraded version of its mobile application as part of its ongoing digital transformation, the airline said on Monday.
The enhanced app is designed to offer a faster and more intuitive user experience, allowing passengers to manage bookings and journeys more conveniently. The update aims to strengthen Gulf Air’s customer-facing digital platforms while supporting future innovation across its digital ecosystem.
Gulf Air Chief Executive Officer Martin Gauss said the development reflects the airline’s focus on using technology to improve travel convenience, connectivity and personalised services. He added that further upgrades are planned as part of the carrier’s long-term digital roadmap.
The airline, in a statement to Kashmir Observer, said the revamped app is expected to increase digital engagement, drive mobile adoption and improve customer satisfaction through a more passenger-centric design. Additional features and enhancements will be rolled out over time.
The updated Gulf Air mobile application is available for download on iOS and Android platforms via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
