
New Delhi, July 10 (H.S.): Happy Square Outsourcing, the parent company of White Force, commenced trading today with a slight increase in stock market value. Shares debuted on the NSE’s SME platform at ₹77, a 1.32% premium over the issue price of ₹76, quickly reaching the upper circuit limit of ₹80.85, yielding a 6.38% profit for IPO investors.
The ₹24.25 crore IPO, which ran from July 3-7, was oversubscribed 3.58 times, with QIBs at 7.16 times, NIIs at 2.24 times, and retail investors at 2.12 times. The company expects net profit to grow from ₹1.79 crore in FY 2022-23 to ₹5.90 crore in FY 2024-25, benefiting from significant revenue growth.
