Shamli, 27 April (HS): Sarfaraz,
a Toda, Jhinjhana resident, was sitting outside a home in the hamlet on
Sunday. Then Govind sprang at him with
an axe. He launched multiple strikes on
Sarfaraz’s face, neck, and shoulders.
The incident left Sarfaraz gravely injured. When someone raised the alarm, the
perpetrator escaped. According to the
victim’s family, the accused is supposedly wandering the hamlet with an axe,
and there is a sense of panic.
He stated, I’ll kill 26 people: Sarfaraz’s mother said that Govind
continuously threatened them while he was assaulting. He was yelling, If you can survive, I
will kill 26 people. Following
this revelation, the town is filled with panic.
The victim’s family
claims that they are frequently threatened and that their lives are at
risk. During the incident, a tiny
toddler was also seated close Sarfaraz; he may have been injured.
The victim’s family sought protection: The
injured’s family members requested protection from the police
administration. They claim that the
accused is still at large and might attack again. Police arrived at the scene,
and the investigation began: Jhinjhana
police arrived at the scene as soon as the event was reported. The officials sent the injured teenager to
the hospital for treatment, and police were stationed in the area. The police
have begun an investigation into the crime, and raids are being carried out to
find the culprits. According to police,
the offender will be detained soon. The
nature of the situation will be revealed after his arrest.
