
Kathmandu, April 23 (HS): India’s Minister of Power and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, offered prayers at the Muktinath temple here this morning.
Accompanying him, the Minister of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, Deepak Khadka, also offered floral tributes to Lord Muktinath. The temple priest, Krishna Prasad Subedi, presented ‘Tika’ and ‘Prasad’ to the team members. Earlier, the Chief District Officer Bhusal, heads of security agencies, and representatives of the people welcomed the team.
The Chief District Officer of Mustang, Vishnu Prasad Bhusal, stated that the Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava, and a 16-member team arrived in Mustang along with the energy ministers of both countries.
