08 March (HS): Nazareth Hospital Family came together to celebrate
International Women’s Day with an insightful session on women’s health. The
event, held at the hospital premises, featured Dr. Priti Srivastava (MBBS, MS)
from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology as the resource person. Dr.
Srivastava shared valuable insights on women’s health, emphasizing the
importance of regular check-ups, early detection of medical conditions, and
overall well-being. The session aimed to raise awareness and empower women to
take charge of their health.
During
this very informative session, the 3rd year students from the School of Nursing
presented a melodious song on the topic – empowerment of women. Miss Anjitha
Kumar proposed vote of thanks. Other lady doctors present at the auspicious
occasikn were Dr Rinku, Dr Rashmi, Dr Meetu, Dr Vrinda, Dr Sohini, Dr Sonali,
Dr Anirvina, Dr Shahida.
