IOC extends Worldwide Olympic Partnership with AB InBev

Anheuser-Busch InBev(AB InBev) has extended its worldwide Olympic partnership (TOP Partnership) to 2032.

The partnership was initially signed in January 2024 for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. Now the partnership has been extended to the 2030 Winter Olympics (French Alps) and Brisbane 2032 Olympics.

IOC President Thomas Bach said, We are pleased to agree with AB InBev to extend our partnership to 2032. After experiencing the Olympic Games firsthand at Paris 2024, AB InBev celebrated the Olympics brilliantly through its Corona Sero marketing campaigns, delighting fans around the world.

AB InBev CEO Michel Doukeris said, The Paris 2024 Olympics further solidified the global significance and reach of the Games. We are delighted to extend our relationship with the IOC to 2032 and plan to engage sports fans while keeping the beer category active.

The deal also includes marketing rights for the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and the Paralympic Games through the IOC-IPC long-term cooperation agreement.

The IOC’s Top Partnership program is the highest level of Olympic sponsorship, with a limited number of companies getting category-specific marketing rights for the Summer, Winter and Youth Olympic Games.

It currently includes 15 partners. Recently, Chinese tech brand TCL has signed on as a top partner in the home audiovisual equipment and home appliances category until 2032.
