Tehran, April 30 (H.S.): On Wednesday, senior Mossad agent Mohsen Langarneshin was hanged in Iran. Previously, the Iranian Supreme Court found Mohsen Langar-Neshin guilty of espionage for Mossad and supporting terrorist operations in the country.

Mohsen Langarneshin, identified by the news agency as one of the Mossad’s top spies inside Iran, allegedly provided technical support in the killing of Col. Hassan Sayyad Khodaei, who was shot five times by two unidentified gunmen on a motorbike — said to have been purchased by Langarneshin — near his home in Tehran.

The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reported, citing the judiciary’s media center, that Neshin was hanged on Wednesday morning after the complete legal process. Due to his espionage activities for the Israeli regime, he was charged with moharebeh (waging war against God) and corruption on earth. He was also accused of the murder of Colonel Hassan Sayyad Khodaei in Tehran.

According to the judiciary, Mohsen became associated with Mossad at the end of 2020. He provided extensive logistical and technical support for Mossad-linked terrorist operations within Iran.
