London, March 04 (HS): Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) President Begum Khaleda Zia may return to Bangladesh from London soon. Her health has improved rapidly. Begum Khaleda Zia is currently undergoing treatment at the residence of her son Tariq Rahman, who lives in London.

According to the Dhaka Tribune report, Begum Khaleda Zia’s physician and BNP Standing Committee member Dr. AZM Zahid Hussain made this comment while talking to reporters after the Zia Council UK’s Iftar party in London on Monday. He said that she may return to Bangladesh soon. Her physical condition is stable. Doctors visit her regularly at home and are closely monitoring her health.

He emphasized that apart from physical treatment, Begum Zia’s mental health has improved a lot after living with her family members after almost seven years. Her mental peace is having a positive effect on her physical health. Dr. Zahid said, I will not say that Khalida Zia has completely recovered, but she is much better now than before.
